All the books I buy these days seem to be either history books or interior design books. They are unquestionably two of my favourite subjects (history was one of my favourite subjects at school already). I am endlessly fashinated by medieval times, Pharaos of Egypt and history of Britain. I am still waiting to tackle several books, including "In Search Of The Knights Templar" and also "Six Wives Of Henry VIII" (been browsing it a lot, but still need to read it from cover to cover) and "Elizabeth I". Ah those Tudors, can not get enough of them.

Even the novels I read are somehow history related. Currently I am reading "The Other Boleyn Girl" by Philippa Gregory and "The Boleyn Inheritance" by the same author is waiting to be read. If the subject interests you I can recommend her books. She mixes historical facts with fiction and really brings the people to live; you can almost see, hear and smell them.
I also loved the BBC series "The Tudors", which second season ended on Friday to the beheading of Anne Boleyn (I told you I can not get enough of Tudors). Watch it if you can, it is very well made and I quite like the casting. Even though you know what is going to happen, it is still exciting.

My pile of interior design books is growing rapidly and soon I am running out of space where to store them! But I can not help myself... There are too many great books out there.
